Those look like they might work, db.  I also discovered that Kokatat makes these:   (You need to Login or Register which also look good.  I'm thinking a good waterprooknee high sock that I can wear under my boot of choice might actually be a better solution (and cheaper) than purchasing a whole new water proof boot or mukluk.
