My buddy tore his achilles 7 months ago while playing in a men's baseball league. We completed our 8 day trip a week and a half ago. Care was taken when planning our route to avoid the more strenuous portages. He was dilligent with the PT and used our recent trip as a motivator through the rehab process.
FWIW, he's 29. |
