This may be old hat to many but it was new to me. On our last trip one in our crew made the absolute best pancakes using Aunt Jemima instant with the addition of wheat germ. Thicker and meatier than most pancakes I highly suggest them. Of course the real maple syrup was a welcome addition as well.
