... and, if it is a flowage, you might be able to tell what the flow rate/discharge is at this   (You need to Login or Register site.  Use the mapper to zoom in to a location of interest and click on the triangle symbol.  Some of the locations are monitored in real time, so you can see water levels change over the course of a day (some I check are logged every 15 minutes).
