Excellent point / tip IC.
I also might suggest that if you tie your canoe on top of your car and secure the middle by passing a rope/strap thru car window that doing this will eliminate water seeping along rope/strap when it rains and dripping inside your car. Tie on both sides of window and you'll eliminate this potential problem. |
