I saw a TV morning shows' cooking segment today. Kind of a remix of the Amazing Race and a cook off competition. They were in Mexico shopping in an open market, cooking over open flames, and not in their kitchens. Very funny.

So what if we dropped these amazing chefs in the middle of Q. Made them catch and collect their food,, OK give them a bag of beans, flour, and rice,,,maybe some coffee too. Set up camp, collect firewood, and build & cook over a fire. Ooh, could it start to rain too. Fun to watch them set up a tarp?

Then we have a select group of QJ moderators arrive to judge their meals.  ;D

If you just had one guy who tried to fillet a pike on a sandy beach like I tried once. Believe me, it wasn't funny at the time.  >:( Even on an over-turned canoe you can't get away from the sand. Ooh, some black fly action too, while they have a slimmy pike in one hand and a fillet knive in the other.

I'd watch that on TV.  ;D
