...Robinson is a gereat idea and you can find some solice there.  I'd paddle in from Horse, or you tow up to Jackfish bay end of tow, or grunt it out and paddle yourself in from Fall lake landing (I'd argue Mudro route is quicker)...I think Mudro to Robinson via Horse river is a doable day if you are experienced, as you say.
