Well, I whipped up the recipe this weekend and it wasn't half bad.  I did drop out the mayo and cut back on the olive oil.  I did add some chunks of chicken.  My source for hash browns was a couple of packages of the dehydrated product from Hungry Jack.

For a tripping meal, you'll need a larger reflector oven to make the full recipe.  I put the mixture in 9 X 13 pan, which was just about right.

Although tasty, I think most would prefer to punch it up a bit.  You could add a few jalapenos or perhaps a bit of Tabasco.  If you didn't want to go quite so spicy, perhaps a bit of sausage to replace the chicken.
