My kids are over 18, so unfortunately the savings do not apply.

I just talked to an outfitter yesterday and she said that they still did the licensing at the ranger station, but she recommended getting it ahead of time because of the long time it takes due to the electronic system being so slow there.
I will be getting them ahead of time from that link you posted, thanks for that.
