Hi Denton Doc, It seems I remember some discussion over on solotripping, a year or more ago, about how Cliff Jacobson used one of those folding canoes in, was it Norway? Anyway, the report was written up as an article in some canoeing magazine.  I don't know how you would set about tracking it down. The guys seemed to feel that the report was full of positive, super positive, better than anyone can imagine positive, Cliff reporting.
Still and all, despite all that, the thing may have something going for it.
