Rascals can be fickle. When all else fails take a big chunk of catfish, attatch it to your fly, hand toss it out in the water and put your flyrod in a forked sticked. With just a wee bit of patience you should be able to get a good picture........you know, one of those fly fishing photos with the rod/reel clenched in your teeth with the fish at your feet in the shallows  ;)
