Nido has been around a while. Searching the old threads showed that it was hard to find. This year it was in the powdered milk section with the others. Nido is whole milk with some soy and I found it to be far,far superior to the skim milk varieties. Puddings and Jello No Bake Cheesecakes tasted so much better. They set firmer and faster than ever. I was still cutting the water by 25% but started creeping up on that with the same good results. I found it at the Woodmans store in Beloit,Wi. I have been missing out for years. :'(
