I've been in touch with   (You need to Login or Register, the site of our Saturday evening get together and meal for the past 4 years. I've been assured that the room is ours and the terms will be the same as in the past. Room rental has increased but since we have been such good guests we will pay the same as last year - $75 for the entire evening. I've asked that each guest contribute $3 to cover this fee. We have the room beginning at 5:30 PM and usually have dinner about 7:30ish.
I've reserved the Barley Room however there is still time to cancel if anyone has an alternative idea and wants to make the arrangements.
Everyone, anyone is welcome and you are encouraged to bring guests. Anyone you know who is a presenter or running a booth should also be invited and encouraged to attend.
Please reply here if you plan to attend so that I can provide Gray's staff with an an estimate of how many to expect. If you're not sure that's fine as we are very flexible and you can change your mind right up to the last minute.

Put me on the list and thanks for setting it up again.

Snow Dog and Old Salt will be there, and likely will have one guest.
