Title: snip it tool
Post by mastertangler on May 26th, 2013 at 12:59am
I have not used this tool but it was suggested to me as a winner. Not sure I'll take one into canoe country but who knows.........right now I take a small pair of sharp sissors but I'll check these out. Anyway.......thought I would pass it on.

I bought a pair for my recent steelhead from hell fishing trip. :'(
I did get to use them and they are a great little tool.

I got the model with built-in LED light. Just enough to do the job without destroying your night vision. Blade cuts braid like a hot knife thru butter. I like that the blade retracts/extends with a simple squeeze of the handle.
For the money I think you get more than you pay.

Cool......

I ordered one........should of probably got the little light but didn't. I can dispense with line clippers but now I have to decide if I want to depart with the siccors  (how do you spell sissors anyway  :P ). They could be handy for some other things than just cutting braid.

Steelhead from Hell fishing trip? Sounds juicy, please do elaborate.

Ha! Good story and well done. You could be a handy fellow to have around in a pinch.  8-)
