I assume that the problems for fishing solo are different from when paddling tandem.  I'm a tandem guy so I'm hoping the 3-way will work out but if not its not a big deal to go back to an in-line set up.  My experience in places like WCPP is that I'm going to catch fish in any case.  I'm not a trophy fisherman, I'm a paddler who likes to fish.  I only fish for what I intend to eat especially when I'm going for trout in the heat of the summer.  Once I've got dinner I'm done for the day.
