Thanks to Nandagikendan, my most popular meal on last week's trip was his vegetable stir-fry, with a little chicken added and served over rice.  Nanda joined up with my group in early June and we had a "pot-luck" on Batch.  He shared his stir-fry, which made my brats looked blah! 

So for last week's trip I hauled in red, green, and yellow peppers, garlic, celery, cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, almonds, soy sauce and curry.  What a feast!
