I learned my first time partner's wife got pretty excited when she didn't get an "I'm OK" message for two days.  I don't know if I'll ever be welcomed in their home again.  :)  only stressed the importance of making sure everyone understands that failure to get a message does not mean much.  We rethought the whole thing but are sticking with it as better than not using it.
