I have too Kerry, but it seems to be fairly current and it appears that there is some on-going activity. :-/
I'm guessing that whatever process you need to get a consumable product thru the appropriate regulatory channels is slow and costly.

They don't solicit financial support, so if it's a scam, I don't see why it would be worth the effort?
