Buy some of those little Baby Bell cheeses sealed in wax. Figure out how many you need for pizza(s).
Get a little mini-grater from a gourmet packer site.
Vacuum bag your portion size. Store in center of food sack. Get's real hot, put cheese bag in canvas bag. Wet and put back in food pack.You want the wet bag to be able to dry/evaporate/cool.
I think unless it's brutally hot, you would be okay.
