middle pg 28 says they don't plan a new east entry into the park. They site several reasons but sounds like maintaining the road is the biggest issue. Plus the lack of use of the existing northern entry points.

All in all, not many changes. They were moving the Mack Lake Fly-in entry to another lake nearby, but it seemed the qouta stayed the same.

I wasn't aware there was so much trapping in Q, even though I've run across their trapping materials, even boats, stashed at lakes. Sounds like they're allowed some discreetly placed cabins too.
