Title: Re: Remackel Trailers Post by Jimbo on Feb 9th, 2014 at 12:52pm
I'm kind of looking for my FIRST and LAST canoe trailer, if you know what I mean.
If I built the danged thing - including simply "upgrading" a utility trailer - it would probably fall apart after hitting the 2nd pothole. If I am to believe their website info AND the miscellaneous comments I've found on other websites, their trailer is "bullet proof." It's sturdy and, with all the options (canvas cover, L.E.D. lights, etc.) , it SEEMS to be what I'm looking for. Mainly I'm seeking some "contra" views OR, perhaps, information re: some reasonably competitive product... which is hard to determine since, as Prouboy mentions, they don't even list "prices" on their website. I'll likely give Remackel a call this week, then see how much better (if any) their price gets with the "'Copia discount." Somewhere along the line I found a website posting (not on THEIR website) that a 4 rack model costs about $2200. I'm guessing that doesn't include all the options. Anyway, all the thoughts & comments are appreciated! Jimbo 8-) |
