I kinda agree with Zski.  Leatherman's are big and bulky and you have to dick around just getting the tool you want out.  When I want a knife, I want a knife, something with heft and a serious blade.  I don't need a Leatherman to cut line, I have a pair of pliers for that that are easy to grab when I need them.  And I certainly don't want to be fussing with a multi-tool when I'm dealing with a hooked Northern.  As for screw drivers, there are a number of tools out there that are very small and quite inexpensive. I carry one of those in a repair kit bag and it's been fine for the number of times I've needed it (which might have been once or twice over the last 5 years.)  Hey, MT, read the quote for the item you're considering - "Perfect for the hobby box, junk drawer, or glove box."  Really?  This is what you want to carry with you into the bush?  I know you and you know me, we both like buying sh#t.  But you already have a good knife and pliers.  Do you really need a pair of dinky scissors and a can opener?
