Title: Re: Nanofil line Post by mastertangler on Apr 10th, 2014 at 1:20am
I was reading the reviews you posted PK with some interest. After the review there was some commentary which I also read. One guy mentioned a "Red Phillips" knot for connecting super lines to mono or fluorocarbon (and this may interest you OS if you decide on nanofil so listen up). Naturally being a knot guy and having never even heard of a Red Phillips knot I decided to take a peek........I am intrigued. If this knot works it would be a sweetheart and my newest girlfriend.......taking the place of a uni to uni which is fraught with all kinds of stipulations (such as doubling the super line, differing amounts of turns etc. etc.....all of which can be tough in the wind). Check it out.........
