Are those tied onto Rock Chuck jigheads?  Best jigs (imho) for canadian shield lakes.

Most of my jigs are tied on #2 #4 #6 sickle hooks.  I have a guy that pours to my needs in OK and he does a wonderful job.  He really knows his stuff with cleaning the lead to get the supreme finish on the jigs.  Most jigs are minnow or round head and the round head I typically mash the sides flat to allow the 3d eyes to make it round again.   I also paint and cure my own jig heads.  The walleye head jigs I buy out of Canada they are hard to find in the states and get a good jig again the hook is everything on a jig in my opinion.  I'm pretty particular about my hooks so when I buy jigs, they pour what I want.  I'll even send them the hooks if need be.

Going crappie jig testing tomorrow.  1/64 oz on a bobber, Dogwoods are in bloom it should be a fantastic day of fishing.   Tomorrows jigs
