My Arc'teryx raincoat is currently back at the factory.  The seams on both sides of the drawstrings on either side of the bottom hem of the coat let loose. 

I'm hoping the company comes through with either a repair or replacement.   My experience has been when you spend that kind of money you usually get good customer service (think St. Croix, GLoomis)
