Title: Re: Minnesota Trailer Law Post by Mad_Mat on Sep 8th, 2014 at 1:39pm
typical government
MN absolutely does not have the authority to make you do this if you are from Wisconsin travelling thru MN to North Dakota - that is interfering in interstate comerce. read that notice and there are not even any exceptions for a tractor trailer load of boats, or a commercial hauler moving a new sailboat thru the state. same thing they have been trying for years to tax internet sales from companies not having a place of business within thier state (taxation without representation) but you'd have to foot the legal bill to challenge that, and who is going to bother |
