Came across these from MNR Canoeing and Kayak regulations today.  This list is the minimum for compliance for all SUP's, canoes and kayaks when paddling in Ontario.

1 paddle 1 PFD 50' floating rope. Waterproof flashlight that can be seen for 1 mile. 1 bailing device, must hold minimum of 750ml with a minimum opening of 65cm2 1 waterproof sound signalling device.
