I brought a modified director type folding chair on my spring trip. I was heavier than I would like and didn't pack/carry well, but I loved having a chair to cook from and sit in rather than a hard log/cold ground.

I found this chair and brought it on my fall trip.
Not as comfortable as the director's chair, but more than good enough for me.

It says it will support #225 but I thought that might be stretching it a bit, especially if your "stern" is wider than your "bow". ;) ;D

It appears to be well made and is all aluminum and as light as they claim.

I decided to McGyver it a bit by pulling the 4 leg caps off and filling the frame with window foam.
Added some extra re-enforcement but best of all, it now floats!

Yes, if the ground was soggy you might need to put some tennis balls on the legs but for the price and the fact if folds flat and secured on the outside of my food pack using the pack lid straps and a bungee cord around the top, I consider it a 
reasonable contender in the camp chair search.

Did I mention its only $20.  ;)
Consider it the furniture version of those neon orange floating fish grips.

I don't go in the real hot weather db, but imagine on a real hot day sitting in that chair in about chest deep water with a nice adult beverage. ;)

Then after a few you get up and it floats right up  next to you reminding you not to leave it while you take a little "siesta".

I never had an issue with it sticking/sinking around the campfire but I also make damn sure it's on secure ground before I plunk my big arse on it. ;) ;D ;D

IC saw me tumble out of my hammock, so I'm not taking any chances with my new favorite.
