Still true? Jimbo, I just reread the Q regs. No limit on length of stay in the park. There is a limit of 16 days on the same campsite. If you are willing to pay for the permit, they will take your money and let you in. We did not have any questions on our 30 day trip. We went in and came out through Beaverhouse. We have not decided on an entry point yet for our 40 day trip, however it will probably be one of the northern entry points just because of the cost difference. Jimbo   8-)
