Soliciting opinions again. 

Is the MSR Windboiler and Windburner  one and the same?

Are the claims of being windproof and more fuel efficient reality, or such a small improvement that it would be unnoticed?

I had a Jetboil Flash that a family member has claimed for their own, so I am in the market for a replacement.  The MSR options are about $30 to $40 more with claims of higher efficiency and windproof.  Is it enough of an improvement to justify the extra cost?  They are also lacking a built in ignitor that I really liked on the Jetboil.  Apparently the catalytic burner on the MSR can only be lit with an open flame.  Some Youtube videos shows a stand alone  Piezo ignitor failing to get it lit.
