There are also several short films on YouTube on Tentsile tents.  They look very interesting.  Checked E-bay for available tentsile tents and see the cheapest there was about $450 and some as high as $750.  I paid $375 years ago for my Dryad and like it a lot but would be nice to have additional room like the tentsile has.
Note: On my last drive across country (October 2016) I was told by campgrounds NOT to hang my tent in the trees in some places; apparently any damage to the bark on Oak trees is an invite to a wilt disease that attacks the trees and eventually kills them. 

They are not cheap, but from posts here, I know others pay that much for regular tents, so I guess if the quality and features are what you want, you have to pay for them.
The very informative set-up video made one thing clear to me IF I was going to be a "hanger". I'd lose the Ratchet mechanism altogether. 1 on one tent, 3 on the other. You could use light strong rope and a TRUCKERS Hitch and save a lot of weight.

When I hang my Byers Mosquito Hammock, I use tree straps SLEEVES you slide ropes thru to protect the bark. Doesn't even leave a mark. I think IF you showed the rangers them, they "might" give you a pass?

I used straps on the last trip and feel they did not in any way damage the trees I put them on, when I did hang the Dryad.  In a couple places there was no option, so I pitched it sitting on the ground, with one rope clamped in my car door and the other end tied to the picnic table.  That worked but tension/shape of tent was a little loose.  Have had to do that occasionally in the north woods when there were no trees in the right positions.
