I'm glad to hear your last surgery seems to have done the trick. Hopefully, you'll keep getting stronger. I don't know if you're into this or have any interest at all, but I've been taking Organic Apple Cider vinegar every day for the last couple of years and can really tell the difference it makes in joint pain and overall health.
