Hopefully my son follows through and my ashes will help a white pine grow tall and strong on an island in Quetico.  I'm actually going to be scouting locations on my September trip. 

I'm a person who detests cemeteries.  No one has ever been cremated in my family on either side so I'll set a new trend.  I like the idea of my grandchildren planning a canoe trip to see "Poppa's Tree".  :)
