At that homepage link there's a lot of info on the history of this eagle pair.  It turns out this is a relatively new male as the original went missing in 2018 right as the chicks were very young (April 18). 

It's also noted that a couple nests at this site were destroyed by storms.  Here's a video of this man made build of the current nest.

I gotta say, what a perfect spot for a nest.  Don't have to go very far for dinner!  Although when I started watching this years ago I remember seeing some different food sources being flown in for the babies.  Likely it was road kill.
