You have a can-do attitude DD, that goes a long way when you fall "down" and have to get back-up.  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I've taken a few hard falls here in MI during the winter on that dreaded Black Ice.

  The only thing that saved me was I was wearing a heavy winter stocking cap that cushioned the blow.
Even then I still had an egg-sized knot on the back of my head.

  I have no doubt you'll be back paddling in the near future.
