Hard to come to a conclusion from the photos. The two photos showing the inside of the hull are so different in hue. Dark kevlar is an early sign of photo degradation. Whitish uneven kevlar is late stage. The cracks appear to be in the foam core- could be insignificant, could be major. It would take pressure from the gunwales or sides to crack the foam- like folding a taco. If it just cracked the foam not so significant- if the pressure caused a lack of adhesion between the layers or between the foam and the cloth it could be problematic.
