Forgive me if this is old news.  I received a call today (voice mail)  from Canada Border Services. Said because the RABC program was currently suspended, they were canceling my application.  They then said I would have to re-apply once the program resumes. A few months ago, there was rumblings of permanently stopping the RABC program all together. They also offered a phone number if I had questions.  877-854-7222.  I know it is not much to hang on to, but at least the verbiage was positive.
