I contacted Country Inn & Suites today.  They quoted me a discount rate of $119/per night for two queen beds on Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12.  I tentatively told them we would need about 10 rooms.  I also booked the meeting room for Friday and Saturday evening. If we fill 10 rooms the meeting room is free.  Otherwise there's a sliding charge based on how many rooms we fill. They will hold the rooms till Feb. 25.  This sounds pretty much the same as the last time we were there. When making reservations mention that you are with the Quiet Journey group. I'll be reserving one room for myself (and perhaps my supervisor) for both nights. If you're planning to either stay there or attend the "after Copia get together " in the meeting room just post here and we'll start the ball rolling on food/drinks, etc.  Wally13 will be doing a presentation on his epic trip down the Mississippi one of those evenings!
