Jimbo, Marten can provide a more detailed answer but I know it came up as a place of interest while we were out there. As an FYI, Mike P and I spoke to Tanya on our way our about back haul flights to resorts such as on Dogskin. It's a far cry from Eakins for example, but we are looking at alternatives. I'd join you on Eakins or McMurray but we'd  need two more to make the costs work out. So.....there are options....
