my wife and I spent four nights in the bahamas a couple weeks ago and had the pleasure of renting a couple kayaks on pink sands beach on harbour island. it has to be one of the most beautiful stretches of sand that we have ever visited. the ocean was cooperative and it was a nice break from the "real world". the offshore coral wasn't all that spectacular, and it was expensive as all get out but sleeping in and getting time to ourselves while grandma wathced the little one was oh so nice
