Lets see if this will work. We have some road access info for the Lund, Onnie, Johnson and Leano access areas on this site.

Ah , the fly in my ointment. Looks like a map update is coming up! Thx

Just east of the word Rd. in Pineridge Rd. you will see a river crossing the road. This is the chukuni River and from this point you would head north, upstream to Little Vermilion Lake.

Access points with the new parking areas are will marked.  First of all there is a gravel pad that looks out of place along the bush road. Second there is at each of the 4 sites a roofed kiosk that is waiting for a new sign. One of the first spring jobs. And speaking of spring - right now lake levels are low - I was drilling through the ice last weekend at one of my secret lakes and found only the last 4 inches of ice was blue. the top 20 - 24 inches had already candled, so if we get a normal temperature spring ice out could be early - If you don't know me , I am an optimistic person.

Related subject:  During Canoecopia, there was some discussion regarding Goldseekers.  I just spoke with Albert, and arranged a lift in to the Lund Lake put-in.  He assures me that they are still providing "any services needed to put you on the water".  Right now they are living in the B&B while renovations are going on.

The rate for 2 people (minimum charge) one-way to or from Lund is $135 CN.  He mentioned that there is an additional charge of ~$25 CN per belly-button.
