The sail is actually in very good condition.  It doubles as a kind of tarp that you can put over your packs at night to keep them dry.  Why is it up for barter or sale?  Let's just say my sailing skills suck.  This can be a really good deal for the right person... who has a tolerance for the color pink.  If nothing else, the rescue party won't have much trouble finding you in the wilderness!

I've actually gotten more use out of my Windpaddle Sail in local lakes versus on canoe-camping trips.  I fared better with it in my tandem with the bow paddler "sailing" & me steering from the stern.  It takes REAL talent to use this bad boy in my Prism... and real sailing talent is something I lack.
