I just read "The Falcon" by John Tanner.  He was born in 1780 and captured by Indians when he was 9 years old.  The book is  essentially an autobiography of his next 40 years.  Strongly recommend!

I have read and enjoyed it also, it is considered a very accurate portrayal of Indian life during that time period. Smiley
