Any new Christmas gear?

I received a Canoe Anchor Bag and a Platypus Gravity Filter, plus a couple of lures. I've never used either item, so I am looking forward to putting them to use next year.

Anyone else find any new gear under the tree?

Christmas was great. Daughter back from college and the plan was Phantom of the Opera at the Straz performing arts theatre in Tampa Christmas Eve.....It was absolutely fantastic.

More gear? I think I am geared out. Gift certificate to Rail riders which I will put to good use.

I think you will enjoy the Platypus gravity filter Ranger. I would be loathe to be on a trip without it. Next Christmas ask for the water bottle with the screw on top with the UV light in the lid. Between the two options water is no longer a hassle.

Ranger, MT,

A Cabela's and Bass Pro gift certificate from my 3 daughters were in my Christmas stocking and I will certainly put them to good use for my planned Poobah/Wink trip over the 4th of July.

I have paddlin' and fishin' fever right now.

I got a Hydro Flask, used it already on the winter hike with the wife. It kept the Hot Cider nice and hot. I'll give it the cold test next summer.
