We all have out little store bought or homemade containers for our canoe tripping needs. Often we McGyver something because we can't find what we want in the local outdoor store

I found this site that has some really neat little containers that I think might be of interest if your so inclined.

I wonder about those containers.  I see they have a selected few in stainless but I know from using Altoid containers that they completely rust out and quickly (i.e., they're not aluminum.)  I wonder if these cases are the same.  If not they'd be very useful.

I don't know if they're ALL aluminum or stainless steel but I'm guessing since its a Survivalist type site the gear they sell is meant to last?

I guess you could e-mail them for specifics.
They have a whole list of nice items that you don't often see all together on one site.

Nice site!  I am a nut for small containers  Smiley
Another good source of small containers, altho they are plastic, is the dollar store.  Look in the baby isle for small snack containers with lids.  Also the craft department for even smaller containers with screw tops (used for beads, craft parts) and the kitchen dept for plastic storage containers that come in all sizes.  Wink
