We have enjoyed our annual gathering for the past several years in Madison. MuleLars, Wally 13, and I have served as a sort of ad hoc planning committee to plan these gatherings. MuleLars is our local ‘boots on the ground’ to contact the motel and make dinner arrangements.

As my wife and I are approaching her retirement next summer, we are planning a move that will make my continued involvement difficult or impossible. I do plan to work with these two and anyone else who may want to become involved in the planning for the March 8-10, 2019 Copia. We will need for someone to volunteer to assume leadership for 2020 and beyond.

A few years ago, we transitioned from a simple Saturday dinner at a local restaurant, to an expanded event at the Country Inn and Suites. We gather informally on Friday afternoon and evening as well as on Saturday evening for our annual dinner. Many have commented that these gatherings have become a primary reason to attend Copia.

If you want to consider assuming this planning role, please contact me by email, pm, or posting here. I will try to answer any questions you may have. Again, next years Rendezvous is a great time and we encourage you to save the dates and plan to attend.

Could be one of those or none of those. We are not far enough along to make any announcement, yet. Suffice it to say, we will be a long way from Madison. When we decide, I will share it here.

......I have too much insider info....wouldn't be fair and don't want to ruin the fun!  TomT is waaay cold.  OS may be too, if plans work out.
