  No, it wasn't me. I've never been in that late and although I love the double paddle, it's with a canoe.

  It's kind of funny. When I first started paddling I never saw anyone with a double paddle.

I ran into a solo canoe paddle using one and we had a long talk. Next trip I used one as my main paddle and never looked back.

Now I see solo canoe paddlers using them all the time. Even saw a tandem canoe on Jean Lk running into a stiff headwind. I couldn't believe how fast they were going.
