Trip choices needing suggestions

Planning a 5-day canoe trip into Quetico in mid-June of 2000. Several people have offered suggestions and I sincerely do appreciate it. Now I am down to picking between 6-locations, comments on these as they might compare to one another would be appreciated. Of the six locations listed below...if you wanted scenery, good fishing, good chance to see moose and other criters, great camp sites and streams and/or waterfalls...which of these six would be best choice. I will thank everyone in advance for your help with this.

Choices are: Option #1 Lake Agnes, north to Lac La Croix to Bottle, to Iron and Rebecca falls and back again.

Option #2 Mudro north to Fourtown and up to Friday and Thursday Bays, then down to Wednesday Bay to Basswood Falls, then South to Horse Lake and back to starting point at Mudro.

Option #3 Iron Lake, Rebecca Falls over to Sunday Bay, then north to Roland chain and over to Argo, then down to Sunday Bay and back to start at Iron Lake.

Option #4 Fall Lake north to Pipestone Falls and Pipestone Bay, then to upper Basswood Falls, then Basswood Lake, then Hulst and Back Bays to Pipstone and back to start at Fall Lake.

Option #5 Saganaga Lake to Cache Bay and up to Silver Falls and then back to start on Saganaga Lake.

Option #6 Lonely Lake...that's it.

Also, can one even drive to some of these lakes in order to get started or are most of these fly-in places. Fly-ins are out for us, if we can't drive to a decent put-in...then we don't go there.
