The Fisher E-15 map is the only map I know that shows all of Quetico on a single map. You wouldn't want to use it for navigation, but it's plenty good for overall trip planning. Also, Fisher publishes a large atlas "Canoe Counry W.A. Fisher Maps of the Quetico-Superior Area"

If you don't have it yet, you'll want to get a copy of Robert Beymer's "A Paddler's Guide to Quetico Provencial Park."
