I'm looking for info on a portage out of Argo. I have used the Darkey portage several times. The portage I'm looking at is on the east side that leads into a unnamed lake to Elk lake and from there I want to go north to Brent. I would like to know portage condition's and possibility of finding a camp site on Elk. I've heard the fishing is good on Elk?
